Politico posted a great article by John F. Harris, on 7 issues that obama does not want you to hear. So that got me thinking, what issue of the 7 issues John listed, is most significant in your opinion?
The Great Comforter, or Not
Chrystia Freeland appeared on CNN as part of a segment, commenting about the press being more critical of obama. One comment she made, I just can’t let go. Chrystia was making the case, that part of obama’s failure, is that he has failed to communicate how health care will effect joblessness. She suggested, “Americans will feel better about losing their job, if they know that they have Universal Health Care.”
Let Them Eat Hat!
Have you ever met that guy, you know, the one who shoots off his mouth about something with such bravado, that it is impossible to engage in a real discussion. When some loudmouth at the water cooler says, he’ll eat his hat if his team doesn’t make it to the finals, that rhetoric is harmless. However, when we are talking about Trillions of dollars, and our nations sovereignty, we need to engage in the debate.
